Across Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver and Terrebonne, active inventory has continued to rise, giving buyers more choices than they had earlier in the year. At the same time, homes are continuing to sell despite the growing inventory.
 
Home values remain resilient throughout the region. Median sold prices have generally trended upward or remained stable, reflecting continued buyer demand and confidence in the Central Oregon market.
