Bend, Sisters, and Redmond each continue to offer unique opportunities as the Central Oregon market transitions toward the end of summer. While buyers are benefiting from increased inventory and more choices, well-priced homes in desirable locations continue to attract strong interest.

Bend remains the region's largest market with 1,071 active listings, an average sale price of $954,941, and 4.9 months of inventory, giving buyers more options while maintaining healthy market activity. Sisters continues to showcase its enduring appeal with an average sale price of $888,001 and 9.2 months of inventory, providing buyers with additional opportunities in one of Central Oregon's most sought-after communities. Redmond continues to offer exceptional value, with an average sale price of $626,136, 408 active listings, and 5.2 months of inventory, making it an attractive option for both first-time buyers and those looking for more space.

Buyers have more inventory to explore, while sellers who price strategically and present their homes well continue to attract motivated purchasers. Every community is moving at its own pace, making local market knowledge more valuable than ever.
