Get to Know Me

Traci has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Oregon since 2005. Prior to living in Bend, Traci’s background includes  more than 10 years of experience as a Paralegal in Southern California, specializing in real estate construction defect law, civil litigation, family law, and law enforcement defense.

When first licensed in Oregon, Traci worked at Sunriver Realty and was one of the real estate team members which launched Caldera Springs in 2005.  Traci also has also gained a wealth of experience with Central Oregon communities through managing Homeowners Associations and Design Review Committees in Bend.  These communities included North Rim on Awbrey Butte, The Highlands at Broken Top, Triple Knot, Points West, River Canyon Estates and 1925 Townhomes.  

Traci spends her free time adventuring around the world with her husband Matt Engel, a dentist in Bend for the last 30 years, and her daughter Natalie.
