20.43 acres on the rim of McKenzie Canyon, about 30 minutes from downtown Sisters. The land is flat and wide open, and the views run nearly 240 degrees. You'll look out at the Three Sisters, Black Butte, Mount Jefferson, and straight down into the canyon. The tiny home sits right on the edge, so nothing blocks the view in front of you. This is semi-off-grid living with room to breathe. Power's is available to the property. There's no water or sewer yet, so you'll plan for those. A metal container handles storage, and there's an outhouse and the tiny home to start with. You're not alone out here. Neighbors live along the road, and the last five miles are unpaved dirt. At night the sky opens up. This is some of the best stargazing in Central Oregon, and wildlife moves through all the time. Bring your plans. Land like this, with views like these, doesn't come along often.
